GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION...
For all orders placed before 6pm Monday to Thursday, we offer our customers
next-day delivery via the DHL service. The delivery schedule is as follows:

For all pay monthly contract mobile phones, we are unable to credit check or deliver to Hospitals, Educational or Ministry Of Defence establishments.
All pay monthly orders are subject to a credit check which must be completed using your home address and you must have lived in the UK for 3 years or more.

All orders placed via telephone will incur a £5.99 administration charge
EXCEPTIONS TO OUR DELIVERY SERVICE...
Orders are subject to network acceptance & security clearance. If there are any delays expected then we will notify you as soon as possible by email and text.
If an item is out of stock then we will also contact you by email and text to confirm this and we will keep in regular contact with you regarding your order.
It is therefore important to provide us with a correct email address and mobile phone number.
If an attempt has been made to deliver your order then a card will be left with instructions for you to rearrange the delivery. If DHL do not hear from you within 2 days the order will be returned to Carphone Warehouse.
Delivery to Northern Scotland and UK offshore locations may take up to 3 days. A full list of all postcodes where next day delivery is not available can be found below.
